What Yesladder is

Yesladder is a subscription service for creating short web forms with a link and QR code. When someone completes a form, it opens WhatsApp with a message already written to the business that created it. The submission is recorded whether or not the message is ever sent.

Your account

You are responsible for what is created under your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the WhatsApp number a form points to. You must be entitled to contact the people who complete your forms.

Your links keep working

We will never deactivate a link or QR code because you stopped paying. Every link you create keeps resolving after cancellation, including a branded one. What a subscription pays for is editing a live form, creating new branded links and full history — not the continued existence of links you have already put into the world.

A slug that has been used is never reissued to anyone else, so a code you printed can never later point at another business.

If we close the service

If we discontinue Yesladder we will give at least 90 days’ written notice and provide an export of every link and its destination, so your material can be re-hosted elsewhere.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are in US dollars; your card issuer may convert. We do not store card details.

Acceptable use

You may not use Yesladder for phishing, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, or to collect data you have no right to collect. We may suspend an account or a form that does this, that puts our domains at risk, or whose destination number is reported as fraudulent. Link permanence is a commitment to customers in good standing.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the behaviour of WhatsApp, Meta, or any other platform we hand off to. We do not guarantee any particular conversion rate or business outcome.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for lost leads, lost profits, reprinting costs or other indirect loss.

Data

You are the controller of the answers your forms collect; we process them on your instructions. See the privacy notice.

Not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta

Yesladder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta. It works with WhatsApp by opening a message you compose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
